• Every effort will be made to see a sick child on the same day, however please call as early in the day as possible.
• Please ask to speak to a nurse if you are unsure whether or not your child needs to be seen.

Weekend and after hours

If your child has a condition that you think needs to be addressed right away, please call (704) 540-6860 and leave a detailed message including your child's name, date of birth, and a call back number.
One of the physicians will return your call and discuss further course of action. If needed your child might be referred to a local ER/ urgent care for further evaluation

Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment- please call as soon as you know.
There is a no show charge of $25 for patients who do not show up for their appointments without prior notification of cancellation.
